Fastest way to wholesale a House
I have three houses closed and ready to wholesale and another 4 under contract. I need to wholesale them fast. What has been the fastest way to get one sold for you in the last 6-12 months? Your Own Website, Postlets/Zillow/Craigslist, postcards to nearby owners, listing with realtor, email...What was your marketing message? "Investor Special, Cheap CASH" seems over used, but it worked for me last year...looking for detailed headlines for online ads and full text for bandits signs etc. anything. I need to guerilla these FAST!
