Multiple mobile homes on one property- loan options
I am trying to buy a property in Texas that has three older mobile homes on it but am having a really hard time finding any lender for it.
All three are rented out and the property would cash flow if I could secure a 30 year mortgage but I can’t find a lender that will touch the deal with a ten foot pole.
Any ideas?
