I saw this in my local MLS today and I wanted to share it so new investors can see that submitting a low offer is still possible in a hot market. This property was, in my opinion, way overvalued and somebody else obviously felt the same way. This is to show that if you want a property but it is overvalued, stick by your numbers and sometimes you get the deal. What do you think caused the seller to accept such a low offer?
