Where do gurus get their inspiration from?
Where do gurus get their inspiration from when they create their get rich real estate investing programs? Do you think they sucker people into buying their stuff that only works in their territory and no place else? Some gurus will claim their products works all over the US.

@Tony Marcelle I'm no guru, but I would assume they rely on their experiences, their failures, successes, the path they took, trial and error, and their journey overall.
