Hello, I am new on Biggerpockets but have been following for awhile without an account. 

I'm from Vancouver and I'm soon to be relocating to the Ottawa area. I've been looking for Multifamily deals here in BC but was not successful. 

I'm looking for 40+ unit/ 7 cap/ value add Multifamily in Ontario or Quebec. 

I wanted to connect with other Brokers and or investors who are in Multifamily in these areas that have any insights on which markets would be good for the criteria i'm looking for.
