Where can you find buyers to sell your property?
I am new to the Real Estate Investment Business. I am wondering where can you find a buyer before you make a deal with a seller? Or where can you find a buyer to tell you what they are looking for in a property so you can find that great deal? Let me give you an example of what Im trying to say. Let say I found a great deal in this property but I want to have a buyer that will be interested before I make a deal with the seller. Any suggestion or advice will be awesome! Thanks!
