Looking for Experienced Individuals in Idaho!

What's up Bigger Pockets Community of Friends! Okay so I want to invest in Idaho, have some family that resides there as well and have been looking at some potential properties preferably 3b/2b 1000-1300 square ft SFH. Have been looking at Mobile homes as well. I am looking for an experienced individuals who knows and understands the investment side of the game as well as the area . My areas of Interest are Caldwell,Nampa, Boise. I want to be straight forward from the beginning and let you know I am going to be selective when it comes to properties I am pursuing and in no hurry and in no shape to buy the first property if the numbers do not make sense. I know time is a value to some more than others and not here to waste anyone's time. I will need as well access to the Multiple Listings as well.
