Refinance Cash Out rental property
First year renting out primary home and was looking to do a cash out refinance to buy other rental properties. Credit score is excellent DTI is not bad. Was recently laid off due to Covid 19 and currently only receiving unemployment and rental income. Can I still apply for a cash out loan or do I need to find employment first?
Also think I am going to be taxed due to receiving unemployment and rental income.
