Water heater replacement
Selling 2005 townhome with original water heater. It works, however it percolates. Had three separate plumbers come look at it and all have said it needs nothing and do not recommend replacement. Buyer sent their own plumber who claims it needs replacement ASAP. If not replaced will back out of deal, not willing to negotiate. Thoughts on what to do?
