CT - I work out of MA, but am migrating towards CT. I have a family member looking to move. What is the real estate market forecast in CT? I understand that it is a great time to sell, but a difficult time to buy there due to the competition, bidding wars, etc.


When might you recommend making a move to sell a house and buy a new one?
