Raising Capital in Canada (Alberta)
Hello all,
I'm just wondering if anyone here can help me find some ideas on how to raise capital or have a connection I can speak too over the phone to discuss this a good plan. I want to stay away from hard money lenders because the interest rates are so high and this is not a flip. I'm tapped out on capital right now as i just purchased my second property. There are a few properties around my area that is catching my eye.
