Short sale

I am in contract for a short sale home in Florida. I am at the final step I believe. The bank counter offered, which I met the counter, and the file went to negotiator for approval, on a scale of 1 to 10 whats the chance of approval. The bank holding note is Seterus, no other banks involved.
