Is Columbus Ohio a good market?

Hey guys, I’m currently a 18 year old that is located in Columbus Ohio & I’m really anxious to learn & get started with the whole-sailing business. I’m willing to do whatever it takes to be successful in the real estate business. I’ve been watching tons of videos/webinars & also have been reading but I really don’t understand where to get started at... I somewhat have an idea of how everything works. I wanted to find out if Columbus, Ohio was a good market to start at or if I should relocate somewhere else? I’m ready to explore throughout the real estate. I’d really like to get my first deal by the end of 2020!

I second @Brandon Goldsmith and @Zeke Liston said.

Here is great article on the expected population growth by 2050 and where the city plans to focus - https://www.columbusunderground.com/columbus-development-corridors-morpc-bw1
