Finding Owners Phone Numbers/Emails

Hey Biggerpockets Family!

I am hunting for off-market deals and am able to find an owner's address and name, but am struggling to find their contact information (email and phone number). I am familiar with resources such as white pages that cost money, but wanted to check and make sure there were no alternatives to finding this information!

For most of my skiptracing in San Antonio I use a website called truepeoplesearch.com 

Not 100% accurate but it does at least tell you which numbers are wireless, as most landlines are out of service.

If you go this route I'd suggest entering the address of the owner and then clicking on the matching name, especially helpful if the homeowner has a common name. 

Propstream also has a nice skiptracing service built in which is about as accurate as doing it yourself, costs around 25-30 cents per phone number I believe.
