HELP with Land Trusts

I have a house in my personal name, I want to deed it into a Land Trust (or aka a Grantor Trust). What do I make the 'consideration' in the tax document? Also how do I ensure that the county I record at will not assess me taxes? I do not know which code to use in the virginia code. Please help!
