How do I find investors?

I only know how to find investors on Facebook. What are other ways?

I tried paying people for their list too. That didn't go well at all!

Please help!

There are tons of ways to find buyers. You can use a list provider and search cash sales last 90 days, which will also give you hot zip codes. (Max Maxwell has a Youtube video on this); You can build relationship with tax assessor/collector and get cash sale lists and skiptrace and cold call; calling bandit signs; Craigslist; trading lists with other wholesalers; FB groups; realtors, you can find cash buyers in any market using certain lead gen softwares..there are just many ways.. Bottom line is if you have a real deal under contract you will sell it.

Hand out business cards to contractors. Most of them will know who is investing in the area. They're also motivated to spread your name so that they can get more work.

Do you have properties? What are you looking for investors for? Are you a wholesaler, REO agent? If you don't have off-market properties, you won't have investors that trust you. You find investors definitely not on Facebook (although local groups can be good introductions), but at local REI events (online now mostly) where you can go every week or month and just talk about investing. What were you buying the lists for? Need more info to understand what your goals are.
