Potential Lead (BRRR Investing)
Good Morning,
I'm still currently learning about real estate investing and I'm still reading the books I purchased from the BP Store. As of now, I'm not ready yet but I ended up coming across a property in GA where I currently live. It's been on the market since Dec 31. The owner dropped the price $5k since then. It's currently at $115k but the ARV is at $136,400. That's on Zillow but it could be even more. It's a distressed property. Like I said, I'm still new to this. Is there anyone wanting to purchase this lead and allow me to shadow them throughout the deal so I can also get experience?
