Halted Construction Fourplex
Hello all, in my neighborhood in Brooklyn, NYC there is a 4 plex that was being built and suddenly stopped and it’s been about a year now. The scaffold is even still up We haven’t seen anyone at the property in a very long time. Foundation is finished, doors are in but I believe the inside is still all gutted. What do you think is the situation that the owner came across to halt all the work and how would I contact the owner to see if it’s possibly for sale?
