2 Mailing Addresses, 2 Parcels, Connected Building - 2 Loans?
"1" building (2 adjoined halves), with 2 separate mailing addresses, 2 separate parcels - owned in the past by 2 separate people (one person owned each half simultaneously). Could 1 person/LLC get 1 loan per address/parcel/mailing address? Looking to get 2 conventional mortgages instead of 1 commercial mortgage.
