Financing 8 properties from another investor
I know a lady through mutual friends that has 8 houses for sale as a package deal. All are rented at the moment. She's out of state for a few weeks so I don't have a lot of info yet. She's asking 190k for all 8. Gross income on all of them is 58k a year. (Sounds too good to be true huh) how does a rookie get financing for 8, single family homes?
