CWCOT- opportunity or waste of time
i have been reading up on CWCOT and i still dont get it what it means for us investors, are these properties usually cheaper? are there opportunities with those kind of properties? where do i find them online? where are the auctions held? is this worth investing time into or is it highly saturated and not enough of a profit margin?
