Interest rates on investment property?
Just financed a new SFH at 3% for 30 yrs, sold a duplex where the buyer is owner/occupying at 3.5% for 30 years but when I've talked to 2 banks about new loans/refi's on investment property and they are quoting 4.5-5.5% interest rates-anyone running into this/know why?
