to permit or not to permit

Happy Monday BP Family!

I know this may seem very green. of me, but I'm exciting to have learned something new. I didn't know a permit was necessary to knock out a wall in a property. Due to covid, no permits are being granted right now. So while, open concepts are a cool thing right now, my investor can't knock down a wall in a newly acquired property. Good thing it won't hurt our exit strategy.
