STR in the Smokies advice
I am looking into buying a STR in the Smokies. I would prefer Gatlinburg but I am willing to look at the whole area if the numbers work. I am trying to figure out all the costs. I see a lot of gross income numbers. Does anyone know what utilities cost for say a 3 BD, 1800 SQ FT house? How much is STR home owners insurance? Are current owners seeing a drop in bookings for this fall? Is now a crazy time to invest, the house prices seem to be still climbing.
