Sunnyside rental in Houston
Any of my Houston investors buying and holding in Sunnyside? I've done one flip near there which went well but it wasn't quite in Sunnyside. I'm looking at a potential rental now but am wondering how the crime is there. Rental comps are solid and a quick drive-by looks okay, but you always hear that Sunnyside is a high crime area. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thanks.
