dwellings need permits?
The property that I'm interested in pursuing has 3 units. However, this property only has one dwelling on the county's website, thus the seller's realtor mentioned it upon visually checking the property. I understand that upon getting an appraisal, red flags may be tossed, but I like to know if anyone out there would know how to approach this matter? Considering that I don't own this property to get a license residential contractor to inspect and get it up to code for me, how could I make this deal work for me? The property is in Clark County, NV.
