Looking to buy a rental
My wife and I are wanting to buy a property (modular +1acre)) that adjoins to some land we bought to build our future home, and rent it out later after construction is complete. What kind of restrictions are their to buying such a property? Is a modular a decent rental income? (We really just want to secure it due to proximity of our future home). Thanks for any input
