Rental property neighborhoods San Antonio
I'm looking to buy a single family home to use as rental property in San Antonio up to 140k price point within the next 2-3months. Do you have any recommendations on areas / neighborhoods which have a high rental demand and are safe / decent? I know that my options will be probably limited within my price range but hoping to find something for longterm growth. I'm out of state (HI) and won't be able to view the houses myself in the near future. Thanks in advance for any help / recommendation!
