Inventory Shortage For Flippers

I was curious to see if other turnkey sellers or anyone who flips homes for a living is experiencing a shortage of inventory lately. We are selling homes faster then we can get them but finding them has been a challenge to have enough homes for our clients. We get a good % of our homes from off market and wholesalers, a small % from the MLS. Now in our market we do have several TK providers and smaller flip investors so that surely makes for some of our shortage. Curious if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.
