New investor looking to connect

In the last few months, I've been looking for a market to invest in that have a strong rent to price ratio. In my search, it looked like Cincinnati, OH fits a lot of my criteria. Looking for a small multi-family or a SFR with a value add opportunity (I love design and construction)
