House Hacking in Puerto Rico
Hello, I am back in PR with my husband after being away for 7 years. We are looking diligently for properties preferably multi family in the area of Guaynabo or San Juan. I have been driving around the neighborhoods looking for properties that seemed abandoned and asking neighbors for contact information. I would like to hear suggestions from people that are already doing this or something similar in PR. Also, is there a bigger pockets meet up here?
