I am Vacation rental investor in CA, looking for some ideas on some other areas that we can invest $100K using a 1031 Exchange. Open to long term rental suggestions as well. Any ideas or thoughts would be a much appreciated. Thank you

I highly recommend you look into the Rock County, Wisconsin market. Janesville and Beloit are two markets that are so strong right now. The low point of entry allows 100k to go a very long way. Coupling that with the massive economic growth in the area, I really think it would be a great fit. If you are curious to learn more about what 100k could do in this market, I would love to chat more some time soon!
