Commercial Building Inspection Cost
I'm in the due diligence process for the purchase of my first commercial property in South Florida (Pompano Beach). Getting a building inspection and the first quote I got was $2,300 for a 6,700 sq ft building. I have no point of reference to gauge if this is a good price or not. I don't want the cheapest inspection, but I also don't want to get taken. Any thoughts on that price? Thanks for you rhl
