Do SMS campaigns work, or not?

Hello fellow investors!

There have been many posts asking about SMS campaigns with a lot of responses by members cautioning about the legality and ethics of its use.  But, I don't want to hear from them.  I want to hear from ACTUAL users of SMS campaigns who are willing to share their experiences with others about their effectiveness.  So, let's set the record straight for investors all over the continental U.S.--

Do SMS campaigns work, or not?  Has anyone been been warned or sued for it?  Best practices?  Thanks!

SMS works great.

I really enjoy blind texts from people I don't know offering to buy my house at less than market.

Matter of fact, I hardly sleep in anticipation of getting the next one since I love the buzz on my phone with new text messages.

You're close, you need to use the phone part of your phone and call.
