Property Portfolio For Sale
Came across a 55 low income rental property portfolio for sale fairly close to me. 1/3 are mobiles homes including a mobile home park.
Where do I start? Literally, where? What is needed upfront from the seller? Balance sheet, p&l, tax returns? I’m in the middle of doing an LBO on a machine shop but this came on my radar and now I am interested. Where do you find the money to buy? Private, hard money, etc...
I am willing to learn and see what can happen.
