I would like to know what to do nex
My wife and I are closing on a three unit house soon on an FHA loan and I have to be living there for 1 year. I won't be able to refinance to get out of the loan unless the value of my house go up or until I pay 25% equity, but I want to continue to purchase other properties to build my portfolio. What should I do to purchase other properties or even get out of the FHA loan to purchase more properties?
