Rental Proprtey Investment
Me and a buddy of mine have roughly 35k and would like to get into buying and renting a property. We are both college athletes and still enrolled in school. We are wanting to buy a place near school and rent it out. We are trying to figure out the best way to go about this. Anything helps, thanks!
