We have a property that could be fixed up and rented for a very good cash flow.

The foundation is sinking and has sloping going on.

Anyone have experience with this?

We buy properties with foundation issues, keep's the newbies and first time home buyers away away. But you need to know what you are doing. There are $5,000 issues and $30,000 issues. Most of them (except very few) are permanently fixable.
