Expectations for working on weekends

What parts of the real estate industry tend to shut down on weekends, either in part or in whole?  I understand that there may be variance between individuals and companies, but what are the industry norms for:

agents?

loan brokers?

title companies?

lenders?

real estate lawyers?

inspectors?

Actually, I've just ordered that list from most->least likely to work on weekends, but I'm wondering what everyone else would expect.

For me I have certain times of the week I said aside a few hours no matter what. Sundays I do not work until after 1 PM. I will go meet Seller’s if it appears that that is a need. Last night I didn’t get home till close to 11 PM, but I signed up two properties in one evening. Whereas I work for myself I do not have normal office hours. Therefore sometimes I’m relaxing while others are working and working my others are relaxing.;)
