Broward County / Palm Beach Proactive Real Estate Agent
Hi Everyone. My first post with BiggerPockets. I am looking for a proactive agent to find deals in Condos in Broward County / Palm Beach (Florida). Wasn't lucky yet. The market is crazy, or at least it's what I am being told. Inventory is short, full of buyers, so it looks like a small pond full of sharks. Is that the experience of everyone? Thanks
