Any investors that's done Flips in Barstow CA?
Hello BP Community! Any investor here that's done a house flip in Barstow, CA, or is currently doing a flip in that area?
I am currently looking into a property that's more of a cosmetic flip, but this will be me and my brother's (we teamed up) first real estate deal and flip ever! It's a single family home, 3 bed/1bath, 877 sq ft property, more of cosmetic work (fresh paint, fixtures, etc) and landscaping on it's 10,000 sq ft lot. Exciting and scary, so any input will be much appreciated!
Also, do you guys know any, or are you a general contractor in Barstow CA?
