Refinancing on a 4 Plex Unit to do Repairs!
I have really good long time renters. Cash flow of $700 a month after note, taxes, ins. I would like to refinance to have the parking lot redone. Cost me around $20,000. I like to keep my renters happy and improve the property. Don’t want to raise the rent. Is this a good idea or not?
