Don't procrastinate in RE!
Whew! RE will quickly teach you to go after you something if you REALLY want it. Someone will snatch your MLS deal and/or Off Market deal just as quick as you blink.
Have to not get emotionally connected with a property or you will be upset a time or two!
If your numbers make sense and you can grab that deal, you better get on it or someone is going to reach their goals while you pout! Of course, don't "go broke buying good deals!"
Felt like I needed to say this after losing a couple deals this weekend due to a busy work week and not being able to make moves!
Rant over. Haha.
