Negotiating multi unit off market deal
Any advice or suggestions when negotiating off market multi-unit deals?
Bought a duplex and owners have 7 more on the same street open to discussing. There was a bidding war in the first one so I want to avoid them going to market but not sure what leverage or other things to take into consideration on a multi parcel deal. Thank you in advance! :$
