Refinance Help NEEDED
I'm trying to refi one of my rehabs and my local bank is giving me a hard time right now because they've tightened up on refinancing due to COVID. This is my 7th rental property and the first time I'm having trouble. Does any one have any suggestions or know of great national lenders for investors? I'm located in Hampton, Virginia- Thanks in advance for any advice because I need to get this property off my hands ASAP
