Purchase and sales agreement

Mark Greenawalt
Posted

Hi all,

I am located in bucks county PA ( outside philadelphia) I am starting my journey in wholesaling. I want to have a legit purchase and sales agreement and assignment contracts. I printed out some I found online but since I haven't used it I don't know if it's legal. Do I get an attorney to look it over ?

Has anyone been through this challenge that has insight.

Thanks in advance

Realize that a PSA is what keeps your deal enforceable and protects you.

If you think downloading a generic form off the Internet does that, good luck.

Spend a few bucks, explain to a RE atty what you want to do and have him draft it.  Cheaping out hurts you more than it helps.
