Cracked Pier and Beam

Anyone have an idea what it takes or the cost to repair a cracked pier on a pier and beam foundation? I found an amazeballs deal and I know that it's scaring away a ton of other investors. I found it on Roofstock and I only know about the issue because it's listed in the appraisal district website. Thoughts?

If this is just a basic metal column buried in concrete and being replaced by the same, it is generally a 2 day job. To be safe plan on $200 in materials and 16hrs of normal licensed labor (don't let a handyman hack it out and replace it, it goes bad more often than it goes good and that $200 savings will cost thousands later)
