Wholesaling Properties in Rhode Island
Hello Everyone,
I just moved to Rhode Island and I wanted to ask the question if it is allowed to wholesale properties without a broker's license? I just came from Illinois where investors can wholesale only one property per 12 months without a license. Is there a limit, or can you wholesale as many properties as you want without having the license?
