SFH offered as duplex
Came across the listing of a SFH which is currently rented as 2 separate units. From your experience, is it even worth looking into the possibility of converting it to a duplex? the house is in great shape and had a complete renovation for the bottom floor recently.
What do I need to consider when analyzing this deal?
