Southern Idaho SFR Markets
Idaho RE Investors, what markets are you looking at for SFRs?
I’m currently living and active in the Clarksville, TN market, but I’m originally from southeast Idaho (and went to school in Boise). I’m familiar with most areas in southern Idaho and know they have grown a bit since I’ve moved away.
Wondering what the SFR markets look like? Are there many getting 1% or more rent to purchase price ratio?
